Nancy is a Dallas native with random thoughts, stories, suggestions, and a sailor mouth. She’s worked professionally as a multi-media creative for over a decade. With all her media knowledge and experience, she was inspired her to take chances on her own ideas.

Nancy’s career truly kicked off a mere 9-months after earning a degree in Broadcast Journalism (2011) from the University of North Texas, where she🦅 landed a job at one of DFW’s first social media marketing agencies —and yes, it was like millennial Mad Men.

It was during the revelation that businesses could monetize social media. She also had just started watching Mad Men.

Though Nancy was originally shamed for “working to tweet,” she saw the potential in this new digital landscape for businesses.

Also… she was always kind of a nerd. Ask her mom.

Fun Fact: Did you know businesses saw 133% increase in revenues in 2014 from social media marketing? 👀

IT ALL STARTED WHEN . . .

. . . she ventured out for more growth as a ‘one man band’ digital media specialist + freelancing for kicks! This allowed Nance to stay current, maintain her individual creativity, and most importantly: BE HERSELF
(—we mentioned her sailor mouth, right?)

Nancy has accomplished many things throughout her professional career, but she just wanted a quick shout-out to the following:

Employee of the Quarter for Universal Music Group for successful digital media marketing campaigns
- Led to her training the UK team, as well
Fulfilling her ‘childhood dream’ of being “all that and a bag of chips” when she was featured on promotional bag of Lay’s potato chips. (bad joke, but true story.)
Claims she coined phrase “walk-in closet nerd”™ when describing herself on a date. (sorry, Matt)
