Los Angeles, CA | Best Friend's Birthday
Got to make another stop in Los Angeles this year for my college best friend's birthday! Since a couple of her other friends live there, we got to check out a lot places we had not yet been to in L.A.! Unfortunately, I did not bring an external charger and both our phones were dead the majority of the time lol.
But, I was able to just enjoy my vacation and of course, her company! My days there were full of food, beer, and beach time. NECESSARY!
Here's a few spots I did get pictures of and recommend:
Manhattan Beach
Way nicer and cleaner than Venice Beach (haha!) Great dining and shopping options. And the views 😍
LA BrewCo
This is the Hickory Burger.
Burger was nothing special, but… BEST. NACHOS. 😍 BrewCo has great beer, too. I tried The Knotty DIPA (8.6%) by Three Weavers Brewing and loved it!
(Side note: We’re both REALLY into nachos)
Cofax Coffee
Craving a breakfast burrito? Do yourself a favor and go to Cofax Coffee. 😋
Venice Beach
I always find myself here every visit. Plenty cool/weird shit to see. Great for people-watching.
Library Alehouse
Not pictured, but worth the mention: Library Alehouse. Our phones died, and though the waiters were kind even to charge for us, we just stayed in the moment 😊
Oh! Try the Brussels sprouts (…and wings!)
